I charge a flat rate for post and packing that covers purchases of up to 10 miniature items. (Please contact me for postage rates for larger orders). |

For UK parcels with a value of over £30.00, and for all overseas posting, you are strongly advised to purchase additional insurance (UK add £4.00 for special delivery, other countries, please contact me for a quote. |

Missing or Damaged parcels |

Please contact me if a parcel does not arrive when expected, or is received in damaged condition. UK deliveries: For missing or damaged items, I will replace or refund for items or packages up to £30.00 value. I will only replace over this value if items have been sent special delivery. All other deliveries outside the UK: Missing or damaged parcels can generally only be replaced (or refunded) if the parcel has been insured. If an item is not insured, please still contact me, as I may be able to do something. Please note that if an item has been damaged because of my failure to pack it adequately, then I am happy to replace or refund whether insured or not. In this event, I may ask for either a photo of the damage, or for the parcel to be returned to me before refunding. |
